Über die Tour
Im 18. Jahrhundert fand die Witwe Amalia Eriksson ihre Tochter Ida mit einer Erkältung. Amalia, die eine kreative Frau war, eilte zur Apotheke und kaufte eine kleine Flasche Pfefferminzöl. Durch das Mischen von Zucker, Wasser und Essig und Hinzufügen von ein paar Tropfen Pfefferminzöl hat sie versucht, Ida hausgemachte Husten Tropfen zuzubereiten – es war als Medikament bestimmt. Heute wird die Zuckerstange auf der ganzen Welt verkauft.
„Polkagrisar“ zu backen sieht viel einfacher aus als es ist und es ist eine lustige und leckere Art, nach Schweden eingeführt zu werden. Nach einer kurzen Geschichte und Lektion von den Polkapojkarna professionelle polkagris Bäcker ist es Zeit, sich die Hände schmutzig zu machen – es ist Zeit zu backen. Das Beste von allem – man bekommt alles, was man backt! Lecker!
