Between the 15th to 20th of August, Copenhagen Pride Week is finally taking over Copenhagen. Five days filled with love is on the program (and a lot more!).
The aim and goals of Copenhagen Pride is to influence the public opinion and debate, and to celebrate the LGBTQIA community during one week in August, with a festival in which environment people can express themselves as they please, without being afraid. This year the Pride Week takes place from 15th to 20th of August. On the Pride Square (City Hall Square) you will find the Pride Stage, where numerous of shows will take place throughout the week, with everything from an open-air concert, local and international drag performers and country music. At the Rainbow Square (Regnbuepladsen) there will be talks and seminars. More details can be found on Copenhagen Pride’s website.
