Look no further! There’s one museum in Copenhagen that’s perfect just for that! Designmuseum Denmark is located on Bredgade 68 in Copenhagen and offers viewings of some of the most famous designs of modern time. 

The Designmuseum of Denmark is located in what used to be Denmark’s first public hospital – known as Royal Frederiks Hospital. Here, Søren Kierkegaard was hospitalized and died in 1855. Today it’s the venue for the collection of design and architecture of three very known artists who have made a huge impact on Danish design: Poul Henningsen, Kaare Klint and Arne Jacobsen. In the museum, you will with modern crafts from all three of them. You will also find handicrafts and art- collections from Europe and Asia. Besides from the permanent collection, Designmuseum Denmark always have changing exhibitions. The entrance fee is DKK 100 for adults and the museum is open between 10.00 – 18.00 from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays).
