Von den fantastischen Fjorden im Westen bis zur norwegischen Hauptstadt wissen die Norweger, wie man ein gutes Bier genießt. Es ist immerhin das Nationalgetränk! (Diejenigen, die dachten, es sei Aquavit, müssen wir leider enttäuschen). Wenn es dazu noch etwas zum Knabbern gibt, ist der Nachmittag perfekt, (natürlich nur, wenn du Bier magst!). Unsere private Stadtführung „Oslo Craft Beer & Häppchen“ ist ein Verkostungsabenteuer in und um das Künstlerviertel Grünerløkka. Es ist kein Zufall, dass wir die Tour genau hier machen, denn in Grünerløkka wurde Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts die erste Brauerei Oslos gegründet.

Angefangen bei der blühenden Bierproduktion im Mittelalter über die Beeinflussung der Biertradition durch das Aufkommen von Spirituosen, bis hin zur Beschränkung des Alkoholkonsums durch die religiösen Obrigkeiten und die Geschichte des norwegischen Vinmonopolet-Systems – auf dieser Tour erfährst du alles! Wir bekommen sogar ein paar leckere Geschichten (und Häppchen) über Norwegens aktuelle Bierkultur (und natürlich Esskultur) serviert!
Vergiss einfach den grauen Winter, wenn wir fröhlich entlang einiger der schönsten Straßen von Oslo prominieren. Es ist an der Zeit, die berühmtesten Tavernen von Grünerløkka zu betreten und eine der Säulen norwegischer Kultur zu entdecken. A few hundred years ago, if you asked a Norwegian how old they were they might reply “I have seen forty winters!” Every year of life was a success! Now, living conditions are of course much improved, but there is no such thing as a mild winter here. Bring thermal underwear, wool and grow a beard... if you can. ❄️☃️☃️
Of course, if you love the snow and want to ski, then you`re in the perfect place, and you get to see the beauty of Oslo in a truly Nordic light! The canvas of white snow - unpredictable but usually arriving in November/December - can provide a canvas of light across the city that makes up for the few hours of sunlight the people of Oslo get to enjoy.
